Job Description - Experienced Bookkeeper

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with 10+ years of experience in bookkeeping who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with strong expertise in GAAP to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision
Monitor and manage cash flow
Assist in budget planning and reporting
Prepare, reconcile, and submit financial statements and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Solid understanding of cash flow management and budget maintenance
Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines without sacrificing quality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
