Experienced Car Sales Consultant

Team Honda is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned automotive group with 24 locations across five states and continued growth.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive buying experience
• Build relationships and understand customer needs
• Help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Work in a no-haggle sales environment
• Explain payment options and assist with the purchase process
• Follow up with customers to build long-term loyalty
• Help transition customers to our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs

• At least 1 year Automobile Sales a must
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable/clean driving record
