Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle needs through active listening and engaging conversation


• Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of various vehicles


• Assist customers with retail sales transactions procedures


• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue


• Manage stock levels by stocking displays and ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and inviting


• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, guiding test drives, and ensuring a positive experience


• Handle retail store product knowledge confidently, including merchandise merchandising and inventory management

Requirements:

• Prior Automotive Dealership Sales experience required with F&I experience preferred


• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required


• Social Media and Technology Saavy
