Experienced Caregiver - WEEKEND or Open Availability

We’re looking for a dependable, proactive caregiver to support clients who thrives with structure, routine, and hands-on engagement.
 

Role Summary

We are hiring experienced Care Professionals who are available for:

• Weekend coverage (required)


• Open availability for consistent scheduling (preferred)


• Service area: Columbia + Jefferson City (as needed)

This role is best suited for Care Pros who want consistent hours, meaningful client relationships, and clear expectations — not last-minute or gig-style work.

More About the Clients You'll Serve:

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including:

• Former professionals (doctors, professors)


• Homemakers and lifelong caregivers


• Individuals who value routine, independence, and meaningful interaction
  

Care often includes engaging clients in:

• Puzzles, games, and conversation


• Walks and outdoor time


• Gardening and light activity


• Watching news or game shows


• Attending community or group activities (when applicable)

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, toileting, hygiene, and personal care


• Support mobility and safe transfers 


• Follow structured care plans and routines


• Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior


• Maintain professional boundaries in the home


• Complete accurate, same-day documentation

Availability Requirements 

To be considered, you must:

• Be available for weekend shifts


• Have consistent weekly availability (not limited or fluctuating)

You're a strong fit if you:

• Have hands-on experience with personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)


• Can safely support routine transfers


• Understand dignity, pacing, and safety in care delivery


• Communicate clearly and take ownership of your role


• Want consistency and long-term client relationships
