Experienced Claims Rep

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Representative to join our team in Radcliff, KY. This full-time position requires practical experience in managing insurance claims, analyzing complex situations, and communicating effectively with claimants and internal teams. The Claims Representative will play a vital role in supporting insurance operations and delivering exceptional client service in Radcliff, KY, ensuring fair claim resolutions and positive customer experiences across the local community.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, assess, and process insurance claims in Radcliff, KY, following policy guidelines and state regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for claimants, adjusters, vendors, and internal departments to gather necessary documentation and clarify claim details.
• Investigate claims to determine coverage, liability, and appropriate settlement amounts.
• Maintain organized, timely, and compliant records for all claim files.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and risk management teams to resolve complex or escalated claims.

• Generate detailed reports and summaries for management review.

• Minimum 3 years of claims experience, ideally in property, casualty, or related insurance lines.
