Marina Mechanical Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from our clients for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality response times and overall client satisfaction while handling an efficient and productive schedule for out technicians.

As a commercial HVAC Service Coordinator, you will:
● Answer all incoming calls and emails from clients and direct to appropriate team members
● Schedule technicians based on skills, regions, and abilities
● Confirm service calls and quoted repairs with clients and coordinate with appropriate team members based on type of job
● Order monthly filters and coordinate maintenance schedules with clients
● Coordinate schedules with technicians using SAMPro/DB Analytics dispatch board technology
● Maximize Service Technician utilization using regions, DB Fleet, skills, and client relationships
● Act as a communication liaison between the Service Field Manager, Materials Handler/Driver, Contract Admin, Inside Sales/PM, Service Technicians, the sales team, and our clients.
● Escalate issues to the proper contacts to ensure they are being addressed
● Acquire Purchase Orders for service calls and work with vendors for purchases
● Maintain accurate client files in system including access notes and contact information, and work with Contracts Coordinator to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
● Keep all client records accurately updated in work order system
● Assist Payroll with time records if needed
