Experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician with experience to support customer locations in Austin and surrounding Central Texas areas, with additional travel to other Texas sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems


• Troubleshoot system failures and recommend appropriate repairs or replacement


• Service commercial equipment ranging from 1–50 tons


• Work on refrigeration systems, boilers, and electrical/control components


• Follow all safety, industry, and company standards


• Maintain accurate service documentation and a clean work environment


• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and internal teams


• Travel to job sites throughout Austin, Central Texas, and other Texas locations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience


• Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program


• Proven experience with:


• Commercial HVAC systems (1–50 tons)


• Refrigeration systems


• Boilers


• Electrical and control systems


• EPA Universal Certification (required)


• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record


• Own basic hand tools, gauges, and meters


• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Ability and willingness to travel within Texas

Work Environment

• Field‑based role with indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions


• Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, lift, and stand for extended periods


• Fast‑paced commercial service environment with regular travel
