Experienced Construction Estimator

Description

Estimator is responsible for writing specifications, and collecting bids to create estimates for residential custom homes and light commercial projects. Estimates will be based on project specific bids from subs and suppliers as well as historic unit costs. Must build and maintain cost resource files. Experience in quantity takeoffs required. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Buildtools, Autodesk Design Review, Adobe Acrobat and internet research tools required. Must have leadership, organization and communication skills for work between team members. Hands – on building experience preferred.
