Location: Pompano Beach, Florida - Full-Time - $16 to $24/hr (Depending On Experience)

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service / Kitchen & Bath Associate, you’ll be a key part of our clients’ remodeling journey—guiding them from inspiration to installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable support to customers in our showroom and by phone.

• Assisting clients with cabinet, countertop, and layout selections tailored to their vision.

• Accurately entering cabinet measurements, generating quotes, and placing orders using our POS system.

• Creating countertop quotes using client-provided dimensions and chosen materials.

• Scheduling and confirming template, measurement, and installation appointments.

• Coordinating with big-box retailers via their online portals—updating notes, confirming job statuses, and ensuring project timelines stay on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in kitchen & bath design, home improvement, or interior design is a plus.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Comfortable with basic math and measurements (inches, feet, square footage).

• Bonus: Familiarity with Moraware or other countertop quoting software.

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay: $16.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience and performance)

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays may be required)

• Benefits:

  • 9 paid holidays after 90 days

  • Paid Time Off:

    • 1 week + 3 sick days after 12 months

    • 2 weeks + 3 sick days after 24 months

    • 3 weeks + 3 sick days after 60 months
