Experienced Debt Consultant

At First Choice Credit Management, we empower individuals to achieve financial freedom through our proven debt resolution services. We are actively hiring Remote Debt Specialists who bring drive, empathy, and professionalism to every client interaction.

Responsibilities 
As a Remote Debt Specialist, you will: 

• Acquire new customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling
• Engage with clients from our internal database using phone, email, and SMS
• Analyze client financial situation to help them determine the best debt relief strategy
• Assist customers by gathering information on their financial situation and presenting possible solutions, including enrollment into our program through a consultative sales process. 
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and performance goals

Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of experience in debt resolution or financial services
• Strong business acumen and communication skills (verbal and written)
• A competitive, energetic, and self-motivated mindset
• Empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team
