Experienced Dental Office Manager — Concierge Dental Group
If you're an experienced dental office manager, you know the difference between running a single office and running an office inside a five-location group. We're hiring for the second one — and we're hiring for the kind of operator who's ready for it.
Concierge Dental Group is a privately owned, owner-operated, multi-location dental practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring an Experienced Dental Office Manager for our Clarence location. This is a real leadership role with real authority, real autonomy, and a real career trajectory inside the group.
What managing here actually looks like:
You own the office. Daily operations, team performance, patient experience, scheduling, financial KPIs — the whole P&L lives at your desk.
You lead a real clinical and administrative team — assistants, hygienists, treatment coordinators, front office, and providers — and you set the tone.
You have a direct line to ownership and the executive leadership team. Decisions don't go to a corporate office in another state.
Schedule and operational coordination across five sister locations means you're part of a peer group of managers, not isolated in a silo.
A real career trajectory — strong office managers grow into regional, multi-location, or executive operations roles inside the group.
What we need from you:
3–5+ years of dental office experience, including direct management or supervisory experience in a dental practice
Proven ability to lead a team to operational, patient experience, and financial performance goals
Strong understanding of dental billing, coding, insurance, A/R, and the actual financial mechanics of a practice
Proficiency with dental practice management software (OpenDental, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental compliance
Calm, confident, professional leadership style — the team takes its tone from you
Compensation and benefits:
$70,000–$80,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonus structure
