If you’re an experienced dental office manager, you know the difference between running a single office and running one inside a five-location group. We’re hiring for the second one — and for the kind of operator who’s ready for it.

Concierge Dental Group is dentist-founded and owner-operated — five offices across Western New York. Proudly local, not a corporate chain reporting to another state. Modern, fully digital, AI-assisted — and a team with genuine personality. High standards, zero stuffiness.

What managing here actually looks like

• You own the office — daily operations, team performance, patient experience, scheduling, financial KPIs. The P&L lives at your desk.


• You lead a real clinical and administrative team — assistants, hygienists, coordinators, front office, and providers — and you set the tone


• You have a direct line to the dentist-owner and executive team. Decisions don’t disappear into a corporate office in another state.


• You’re part of a peer group of managers across five offices — never isolated in a silo


• Real trajectory — strong managers grow into regional, multi-location, or executive operations roles inside the group

✅ What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years in a dental office, including direct management or supervisory experience


• Proven ability to lead a team to operational, patient-experience, and financial goals


• Strong command of dental billing, coding, insurance, A/R, and the real financial mechanics of a practice


• Proficiency with practice-management software (Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar)


• Familiar with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental compliance


• Calm, confident, and professional — the team takes its tone from you

Compensation & benefits

• $72,000–$85,000 salary, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus
