Here at Negoshian's Towing & Service we are looking for Experienced Dispatchers for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts. We are looking for someone who has knowledge & experience with heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, & vehicles. We work with Towbooks so knowledge of that software is a huge plus! Competitive pay based on experience.

Shifts:
1st shift : 7a-3p
2nd shift: 3p-11p
3rd shift: 11p-7a

All shifts can be Flexible

Responsibilities:

Handles all calls for towing and hauling services for vehicles, equipment and other items in a professional and timely manner. Calls include, accidents, moving various equipment, flat tires, trespass tows, etc.

Dispatch drivers to their destinations efficiently

Prioritize calls dispatched to the drivers

Knowledge of function and capacity of all equipment dispatched

Ability to adapt to change, work under stressful conditions, and a fast paced environment

Provide appropriate estimated and time of arrivals

Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public

Answering multiple phones lines

Ability to defuse a stressful situation

Qualifications:

Proven experience in towing dispatching

Excellent customer service skills

Strongly skilled in organization and attention to detail

Strong multi-tasking ability

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer skills

Established in 1979, Negoshian’s Towing Service is a fully licensed & insured locally-owned business that still operates out of Elliot Street Sunoco in Newton. We have grown from one truck to a fleet of over 50 pieces of the most modern equipment available to the towing, transportation, hauling, snow and ice removal industries.

With our main office in Newton, MA and satellite offices in Needham and Norwood, we proudly serve many federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
