We are seeking to hire an additional experienced, detail oriented, and dependable Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a full time position Monday – Friday, requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Post Daily Tag invoice into Ignite DMS software

  
  


• Maintain Title/MSO inventory


• 
  

  Maintain Tag Schedule

  
  


• Cut refund checks back to customers


• 
  

  Submit complete, correct paperwork for titling and registering motor vehicles

  
  


• Process Dealer Trades and Used Vehicle Purchases 

Qualifications

• 
  

  At least two years automotive experience

  
  


• 
  

  Florida Notary required

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong attention to detail.

  
  


• Customer Service Skills

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
