Experienced Door to Door Sales Representative

We’re looking for high-energy sales pros to dominate door-to-door pest control sales. The top 3 issues we run into in the door to door industry are inadequate compensation structures, lack of support and company culture, and lack of career growth and mobility. Compensation:

• Average Full-Time income: $10,000-$20,000 per month
• Commission that is based on performance
• Uncapped commission structure

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience selling Pest Control door to door.
• Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America.
• Communication Mastery: Fluent in English and/or Spanish, with a knack for building rapport quickly. Strong verbal skills to put customers at ease.
• Physical Fitness: Able to walk 5+ miles per day and stand for long shifts in all weather conditions.
• Sales Hunger: Motivated by uncapped commissions. Prior sales, customer service, or public-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Professional Presence: Clean, approachable appearance and demeanor that screams trustworthiness (think “someone you’d invite into your home”).
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, clean background check, and flexible availability (evenings/weekends).
• Team Fit: Thrives in a competitive, high-energy crew. Love sports, fitness, or crushing goals? You’ll vibe with us.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable source of transportation.

• Knock doors and pitch top-tier pest control and lawn solutions to homeowners.
