As an Embroidery Technician, you will play a key role in the production of embroidered designs for a variety of apparel products. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our clients' projects are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting embroidery machines, as well as maintaining high-quality stitching and thread consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain embroidery equipment to create custom designs on various fabrics and products.
- Prepare artwork and digitize designs, ensuring proper placement and sizing.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
- Monitor quality control throughout the embroidery process, ensuring that designs meet company standards.
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other departments to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain inventory of embroidery supplies and materials, ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest embroidery techniques, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Embroidery Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using embroidery machines and digitizing software.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of various fabrics and the impact of stitching on different materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
