Busy new car dealership is looking to fill a facility maintenance role. Candidates will have at least 3 years exp in building maintenance, clean background, own tools, and be able to pass drug screening. Duties will include Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, and grounds repairs and up keep. Candidate will work with our existing partners to coordinate difficult repairs or large jobs. Schedule is M-F with "on call" status for Sat and Sun.
