Experienced F&I Director for High Volume Honda Store

Route 128 Honda, a top-performing dealership in Reading, MA, is seeking a results-driven Finance Director to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of the F&I department, including deal structuring, lender relations, and compliance.


• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing F&I team to exceed sales and service goals.


• Maximize profitability while ensuring a seamless and transparent customer experience.


• Monitor financial performance and report key metrics to senior management.


• Stay current with federal, state, and dealership regulations to ensure full compliance.

• Proven experience in automotive finance leadership (F&I Manager or Director level).
