What You’ll Do:

• Guide customers through the finance and insurance process with professionalism and clarity


• Secure competitive financing options by working closely with banks and lenders


• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations


• Review credit applications, conduct thorough credit checks, and underwrite loans


• Finalize deals and submit all necessary documentation for funding


• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction


• Provide training and support to finance team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Sales Manager in automotive retail


• Proficiency in CDK and eContracting with Darwin
  


• Strong knowledge of F&I products, credit analysis, and loan underwriting


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
