Compensation: $180,000 – $300,000 annually (Paid weekly)

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations. You’ll guide customers through the financing process, secure competitive terms, and ensure every transaction reflects our dedication to honesty, compliance, and world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the finance & insurance process with transparency and care.


• Partner with lenders to secure competitive rates and terms.


• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards.


• Review credit applications, perform credit checks, and underwrite loans.


• Submit documentation to lenders and finalize all F&I deals.


• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.


• Provide leadership, training, and support to the finance team.


• Represent Route 128 Honda’s commitment to community and customer trust in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager (high-volume dealership experience preferred).


• Strong knowledge of F&I products, compliance, and lending.


• Expertise in credit analysis and loan underwriting.


• Proficient in CDK dealership management system.


• Ability to digitally e-contract customers and manage paperless transactions.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.


• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
