Experienced Finance Manager

Toyota of Cedar Park is looking for an Experienced Finance Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
• Track portfolio with lenders
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelors in Business or Finance
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I department 
• Proven history of successful sales management 
• Clean criminal background history
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment

Work Environment

This job operates in an office setting and is conducted seated at a desk. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some walking is required. This is a highly competitive sales environment with expectations of meeting and exceeding established goals every month. Fast-paced days with the regular need to address and problem solve with a variety of customer and employee behaviors. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Evening, Holiday and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

This position may require up to 10% travel.
