This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 3+ years of skilled flooring experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with the brand.
Experienced Floor Installer Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in flooring installation including Tile, Hardwood, LVP, Laminate, carpet, floor restoration etc.
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in growing with the company
- Willingness to work overtime
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- A desire to establish a positive work culture
- Previous experience specifically related to flooring installation, and a passion for all things floors!
- Familiarity with common flooring installation practices
- Ability to work with a wide variety of tools and techniques
Experienced Flooring Installer Minimum Requirements:
- Construction: 3+ years
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
