Job Description
Buster Miles Ford is seeking an Experienced Ford Certified Service Technician to join our award-winning service department. This position is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in high-quality work and precision diagnostics. You’ll handle complex vehicle repairs, factory warranty work, and ensure every job meets Ford’s stringent standards for safety and performance.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of Ford vehicles with efficiency and accuracy
Perform advanced repairs including engine, electrical, transmission, and driveline work
Complete warranty repairs according to Ford factory standards
Document all work performed clearly and completely in repair orders
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure top performance and safety
Stay current on all Ford certification training and technical bulletins
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Provide mentorship to entry-level technicians when needed
Qualifications
Ford Master or Senior Master Technician Certification preferred
Minimum 3+ years of professional dealership experience
Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
Familiarity with Ford IDS or FDRS diagnostic systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to repair quality
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
