Job Description - Experienced GAP Professional

GAP Department Opportunity (On‑Site)
Automotive Aftermarket Warranty TPA
Location: On‑site
Employment Type: Full‑time

About Our Company
We are an established and growing automotive aftermarket warranty administrator, supporting dealer partners and customers nationwide with a range of protection products. The Opportunity
We are expanding our GAP department and are seeking an experienced professional to join our on‑site team. The role will support core GAP operations and may vary based on experience, strengths, and demonstrated capability.
This is a collaborative, on‑site environment best suited for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable handling responsibility.

We are seeking a professional who approaches their work with responsibility, follow‑through, and care. The individuals who succeed here are comfortable taking ownership of their tasks, asking thoughtful questions when needed, and seeing assignments through to completion.
You don’t need to know everything on day one—but you should be motivated to learn, reliable in your execution, and committed to contributing positively to the team. We value a steady work ethic, good judgment, and a willingness to step up when work needs to be done.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a GAP department with an automotive aftermarket warranty TPA
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an on‑site team
Clear and professional communication skills

Relevant Experience May Include

GAP claims processing or administration
Dealer or customer support
Contract or documentation handling
Quality review or workflow support
