We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead all Variable Operations and help drive the next phase of growth for our dealership.

The General Sales Manager will oversee all Variable Operations, including:
New Vehicle Sales
Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales
Sales Managers & Desk Operations
Inventory strategy, pricing & turn management
Sales process execution
Portfolio retention and customer life-cycle management
Performance metrics & accountability
Manager coaching and talent development
Customer experience standards
This leader will be highly visible within daily operations and responsible for driving consistent results across departments.
We are looking for a leader who is:
Experienced in high-volume automotive sales leadership
Strong in inventory management, gross strategy, and turn
Process-driven and detail-oriented
A culture builder who leads by example
Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment
Data-focused while remaining people-first
Passionate about coaching and developing teams
Emotionally intelligent with strong leadership presence
Luxury brand experience is preferred but not required for the right operator.
