Experienced Genesis Technician

Description of the Role:

The Experienced Genesis Technician will be responsible for conducting maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on Genesis vehicles at Genesis of Milford located in Milford, Connecticut. This role requires a high level of expertise in automotive technology and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on Genesis vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.


• Determine the cause of any vehicle malfunctions and conduct necessary repairs.


• Diagnose electronic and mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment.


• Perform software updates and installations as needed.


• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Genesis Technician or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of Genesis vehicles and their systems.


• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.


• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex automotive issues.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
