Experienced GMC Sales Consultant

Reynolds - GMC is seeking an Experienced GMC Sales Consultant to join our team in West Covina, CA. In this role, you will leverage your automotive sales expertise to connect customers with the perfect GMC vehicle that fits their needs and lifestyle. You will play a key role in driving sales success while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build lasting relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.


• Present and demonstrate GMC vehicles, features, and benefits effectively to potential buyers.


• Assist customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a seamless experience.


• Maintain a strong knowledge of current GMC vehicle inventory, pricing, incentives, and financing options.


• Collaborate with finance and service departments to support customer satisfaction and retention.


• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.


• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales consultant or similar role in automotive sales, preferably with GMC vehicles.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on achieving sales goals.


• Familiarity with automotive financing and lease options is a plus.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales are an advantage.
