Furry Land Mobile Pet Grooming (of New Mexico) is looking for experienced Pet Groomers to join our team! For the past 7 years, we’ve been providing high-quality, personal pet grooming services right at our client's homes. We offer a unique mobile spa experience for dogs and cats, ensuring a stress-free and convenient grooming process.

Job Summary

Work in a state-of-the-art mobile grooming studio.

Responsibilities

Drive our 2023/2024 Mercedes Sprinter van to appointments in the Albuquerque area.

Provide professional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling.

Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process.

Assess pets' coat conditions, skin health, and well-being.

Educate pet owners on grooming techniques and recommend products.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van.

Manage appointments and ensure timely, efficient service.

Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.

Requirements

Proven experience as a pet groomer (1+ year required).

Valid driver's license and clean driving record and background chek

Passion for working with animals and ability to handle all sizes, temperaments, and breeds.

Excellent communication skills and customer service.

Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality grooming.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Certification from a reputable grooming school is a plus.

Ability to lift and/or handle heavy large dogs temporarily.
