We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Human Resource Assistant/Insurance Coordinator
Job Description: This position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, quick learner, and extremely organized. We are looking for a talented candidate who can meet deadlines in an efficient manner. This position will be 40 hours Monday-Friday.
The Insurance Coordinator is a liaison between the multiple health insurances we work with and our agency. The role includes, but is not limited to, accounts payable, following up therapists to complete documentation, verify professional training, certifications, and licensing of healthcare professionals. These need to be renewed periodically, are up to date and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
This position includes HR related tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits. This position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, quick learner, and extremely organized. We are looking for a talented candidate who can meet deadlines in an efficient manner. This position will be 40 hours Monday-Friday.
