What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of field experience in HVAC service
- Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations
- Accurately complete work orders and reports
- Collaborate with team members and office staff for efficient scheduling
