Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems efficiently and safely. This role requires expertise in interpreting blueprints, following installation guidelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.


 


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.

  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.

  • Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • EPA 608 Type 2.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation components according to specifications and building codes.

  • Review blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to determine installation requirements.

  • Select appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for installation projects.

  • Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping as needed for HVAC systems.

  • Install electrical wiring and controls for HVAC equipment, ensuring proper connections and adherence to safety standards.

  • Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning and performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, including diagnosing malfunctions and performing repairs.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal efficiency and longevity.

  • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to coordinate installation projects and address any concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and service reports.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation and maintenance.
