Experienced In Home Caregiver

Senior Helpers is urgently hiring immediately for Experienced CNA's HHA's and Caregiver's in the Chester County area. Senior Helpers is the first and only national in-home care provider to receive certification as a Great Place to Work voted by Employees. Senior Helpers is looking for Experienced CNA's HHA's and Caregiver's for a variety of day shift and overnight shift hours, starting at 2 hour visits up to 13-hour shifts. Senior Helpers provides our clients with care in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Nursing Homes, as well as Residential In-Home Care.

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

· Able to pass Criminal Background Check

· TB Required : 2 Step PPD, Quantiforum or a Chest X-Ray

· Social Security Card

· Must be able to work with male and female clients

· Comfortable with cats and dogs

· Comfortable with clients that smoke

· Able to take clients out in personal vehicle for errands, appointments, outings, and procedures when required.

Job Duties

Job Duties are subject to change based on client’s personalized care plans but are not limited to:

· Companionship and conversation

· Personal Care – showering, dressing, grooming, oral care, hair care, toileting, incontinence care.

· Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Linen, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming.

· Meal Preparation

· Medication reminders

· Safety and fall precautions

· Transportation or escort – Errands, Shopping, Outings, Events, Family Gatherings, Doctor Appointments, Procedures.
