This is your opportunity to be on the ground floor of a brand-new franchise, leading from the front while closing deals and building a high-performance sales team.

What You’ll Do:

Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer

Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results

Drive accountability and push yourself to hit revenue goals

Earn commissions on your sales

What We’re Looking For:

A top closer ready to sell and lead from the front

A builder who thrives in a startup-style environment

Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)

We are your local bathroom remodeler specializing in all things bathroom remodeling including tub to shower conversion, bath tub to shower conversion, small bathroom remodels, safety bath installation, new shower installation, and more.
