Job Description - Experienced In-House Installer

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable In-House Installer to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can represent our company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience installing James Hardie siding, including ColorPlus finishes

Strong knowledge of retrofit window installation

Proficient in caulking—a clean, consistent bead is essential

Ability to install 6K gutters and operate a gutter machine

Self-starter with excellent time management skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills with both management and homeowners

Commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

Must be dependable, punctual, and drug-free

Job Duties:

Small siding and window replacement projects

Full gutter system installations

Occasional support on larger exterior remodeling jobs

Compensation: $30–$35/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Occasional overtime/weekends)
