This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Experienced IT Project Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of project execution, alignment, and delivery in a fast-paced, data-driven tech environment. Your leadership will ensure that projects meet their goals within the defined parameters, while fostering collaboration among teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and delivering results that drive overall business success.
Accountabilities
- Create and maintain project plans, manage risks, track budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between teams and leadership; present project updates and status reports clearly.
- Oversee quality assurance through regular audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimizations.
- Allocate personnel and resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
- Prioritize tasks in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders; ensure items are delivered on time.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and product demos; gather feedback and resolve any issues.
- Guide execution across various departments and assist in planning, risk tracking, and closure activities.
- Evaluate performance metrics and apply corrective actions for continuous project success.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or MSP environments
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and CRMs like HubSpot
- Managed or participated in a project involving automation or workflow/process optimization is a plus!
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Agile development, user story creation, and backlog prioritization; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
- Bonus: Experience working in or with a PMO structure
