Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscape laborers and ensuring the successful completion of various landscaping and maintenance projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a crew of landscape laborers
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Lead various landscaping duties such as landscape renovations, installations, trimming, planting, and mulching
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure adherence to company standards
- Lead implementation of landscape projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require maintenance or improvement
- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs
Skills:
- REQUIRED: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide clear instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- REQUIRED: Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- REQUIRED: Knowledge plants and their maintenance
We are a full service Landscape company with lots of new equipment including a mulch blower. We have migrant workers as well to make your job easier.

We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
