At Chick-fil-A Savannah Quarters, we are looking for experienced leaders who are passionate about serving others, building strong teams, and creating a culture of excellence. As part of our leadership team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, developing team members, and delivering the high-quality service Chick-fil-A is known for.

Position: Restaurant Leadership (Shift Leader/ Management Roles)

Compensation: Up to $25 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Ensure a positive, productive, and safe work environment
• Oversee daily operations, including food safety, service, and quality standard
• Manage shift responsibilities such as labor, inventory, and guest satisfaction
• Model Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, excellence, and care in all interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or related industries
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• A servant-leadership mindset and commitment to excellence
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• 1–2 years of leadership experience (restaurant/retail preferred)
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and drive for results
• Ability to coach and manage team performance
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Previous roles such as Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager a plus
