As a Line Cook at Apex Entertainment, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team-preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting its best. Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Execution

  Prepare and cook menu items to Apex's standards for quality, portion, and presentation.

  Maintain a deep understanding of our menu and ingredients.

  
  

Kitchen Operations

• 
  

  Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.

  Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.

  Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.

  Track product quality and shelf life to reduce waste.

  
  

Fast-Paced Precision

• 
  

  Work efficiently to complete orders within designated ticket times.

  Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

  Follow instructions from Kitchen Managers and shift leads.

  
  

Team Collaboration

What We're Looking For:

  1-2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar kitchen environment.

  Ability to work standing for long periods (8-10 hours).

  Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
