Hunter Subaru is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loaner Fleet Coordinator to manage our dealership's loaner vehicle program. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced dealership environment.

As our Loaner Fleet Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers using loaner vehicles while overseeing the scheduling, tracking, and maintenance of our fleet. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will help create a positive experience for every customer.

What You'll Do

Customer Assistance

• Welcome customers and explain the loaner vehicle process clearly and professionally.


• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loaner vehicle experience.


• Answer questions and assist customers with loaner vehicle needs.

Fleet Management

• Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of loaner vehicles.


• Track vehicle availability and maintain accurate fleet records.


• Monitor mileage, usage, and maintenance schedules to keep the fleet operating efficiently.


• Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate documentation for loaner vehicle usage.


• Assist with administrative tasks related to fleet operations.


• Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure a seamless process.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, automotive, or dealership environment is preferred.


• Experience with dealership software is a plus (training will be provided).

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.


• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
