We are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician, with the ability to wear many different hats to join our Maintenance Family!

As a Maintenance Personnel joining our Maintenance Family, you will

• Inspect and repair structural, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain HVAC systems for optimal climate control and energy efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future issues.
• Address safety hazards and maintain a secure environment.
• Assist with seasonal needs, including snowplowing.
• Operate a variety of power and hand tools with precision.
• Keep our facilities looking their best with routine painting and repairs.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in HVAC (with on the job experience preferred)
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical systems, or machinery maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Able to work successfully under limited supervision
• The physical ability to lift and move 50-60 pounds regularly.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
