Role Overview

As an Optician, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, building lasting relationships, and delivering personalized optical solutions. You’ll work closely with our doctors and team members to create a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

  Foster a positive, sales-driven environment through active engagement and product knowledge

  Build professional relationships with team members and patients

  Interpret prescriptions and fit eyeglass lenses and frames with precision

  
  


• 
  

  Measure pupillary distance and lens placement for bifocals, trifocals, and progressives

  
  


• 
  

  Select frames based on facial features, sizing, and style preferences

  
  


• 
  

  Adjust and fit eyewear for comfort and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Dispense contact lenses and educate patients on proper use

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely and high-quality product fabrication

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Experience in optical sales or as a licensed/unlicensed Optician preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for customer service and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  
  

Training is available for motivated candidates with retail or customer service backgrounds who are eager to learn!
