This role is ideal for painters who are passionate about delivering professional results, working both indoors and outdoors on residential and commercial projects, and taking ownership of their craft.

As an Experienced Painter, you will prepare surfaces, apply paint, and ensure clean, high-quality finishes across diverse worksites — including schools, offices, and homes. You’ll operate equipment such as sprayers, power washers, and lifts while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting assignments.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, and priming before painting.
• Operate paint sprayers, power washers, and lifts safely and efficiently.
• Apply paint, stains, and coatings to achieve professional finishes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work cooperatively with teammates and project supervisors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Follow safety and quality protocols in all work environments, including schools and childcare facilities.

• 5+ years of experience in Residential & Commercial Painting
• Ability to perform interior and exterior painting tasks
• Valid driver’s license
• English-speaking or bilingual preferred
• Experience operating paint sprayers, power washers, and lifts
• Must pass a criminal background check (required for school/childcare facilities)
• Must provide legal documentation to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• OSHA Certified
• EPA Lead Safe Certified
• Ability to install Vinyl Wall Covering
• Carpentry skills are a plus
• Live within 30 miles of King of Prussia and have own transportation
