Experienced Parts Counterperson

As an Experienced Parts Specialist, you’ll oversee parts sales transactions to internal and external clients.  This role is integral to the top-quality, timely customer service and vehicle repair goals of our team. This fun, fast-paced role allows you to interact directly with customers, as well as the other departments within the dealership.

Responsibilities

  Oversees the Parts Sales Process

  Communicates with Customers and Staff on the Status of Parts Orders in a Friendly and Professional Manner

  Delivers Exceptional Customer Care and Represents Holiday Automotive Well

  Takes Personal Responsibility for the Order of the Parts Department

Qualifications
