Experienced Pool Service Technician

 Aloha is expanding to Duncanville and seeking an Experienced Pool Tech to hit the ground running and manage their own route and daily schedule! This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate that wants to be responsible for their own route and manage their day. At least 1 - 2 years of experience, CPO Certification is a plus!

Aloha Pool Service has been proudly Employee-Owned since April 2023. We have been servicing pools in the DFW area for nearly 20 years and have won numerous local and national service awards. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and quality work and were recently recognized as the “Best Pool Service Company in Fort Worth” by the Star-Telegram. We are looking for Pool Cleaning Techs that are wanting a company they can advance in. Our Techs work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Bonus pay is available for those that want to work on the weekend as well!

Your daily job will look like this...

• Daily Meeting with the Team

Daily standup meeting with team to ensure you have what’s necessary to succeed!

• You clean pools! Our pool techs usually clean 10-13 stops a day.

Cleaning the pools requires:

Checking pool chemistry & balancing it (don't worry, we will train you on how)

Brushing the pool walls & Skimming the Surface

Blowing off the pool area to keep it looking great

Emptying skimmer baskets      

Vacuuming each pool

Bottom line is... You will keep the pool clean & clear year round.

Most of our techs get done early. They like to get the pools done so they can spend the afternoons and evenings with the people they love the most.

FAQs:

1. How many paid weeks of vacation do I get?

One week of paid vacation after being with the company for 6 months.

2. Who will I be working with?

You will do your pool routes by yourself. However, we have a support team that will be in contact with you throughout the day.

3. How long is training?

Our training program is 3 weeks long. If you have experience, it can be shorter than that. We will just want to test your skills in the field.
