University Home Care Inc is seeking an Experienced PT Homecare professional to join our dedicated team in Livonia, MI. Must have Kinnser experience. In this role, you will provide exceptional physical therapy assistance and homecare services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and promoting their recovery within a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and mobility activities in their homes.


• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.


• Provide compassionate and respectful care tailored to patient needs.


• Maintain accurate documentation of care and therapy sessions.


• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.


• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Physical Therapy Homecare professional or similar role.


• Relevant certifications or licenses in physical therapy assistance are preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team.


• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Southeast MI Regional  area.


• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Benefits
