We GUARANTEE that post-training you will make at least $80,000 as a Lead Agent with High Performance Real Estate Advisors. As a matter of fact, we are so confident that if you don't make at least that amount in your first full year on the Team we will cut you a check for the difference!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a stellar Lead Agent to join our team! We are expecting a motivated, self-starter who enjoys helping people and will assist them in navigating through the home-selling and home-buying process. The Lead Agent is responsible for assisting several seller/buyer clients at a time. If you are great at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time well, WE WANT YOU!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments
Manage all leads in contact database system; set and complete tasks in the system, track all client communications
Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, help them to refine their criteria
Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home selling/buying process
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and work with clients to get that property under contract
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants for this position will have NC and SC Real Estate licenses
Minimum 1 year real estate experience with proven sales record
Must be a TEAM player, motivated and personable

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
Worked in a high volume, inbound/outbound sales environment
Customer-facing service industry/restaurant experience
