Experienced Residential Painter

1+ years of drywall finishing or repairs REQUIRED

We are a growing business serving customers in La Crosse, Eau Claire, Rochester, and surrounding areas looking for an experienced painter to help grow and lead our interior residential painting team.  In addition to residential painting, the ideal candidate has experience with commercial coating applications. In addition to painting, this person will also need to have experience with small drywall repairs, and may be required to assist in larger drywall installation and finishing jobs. The

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Excellent customer service skills, efficiency, and punctuality are essential, as we are a customer satisfaction-focused company.  All materials are supplied by the company, along with weekly pay and various allowances, such as fuel and food, for full-time employees. 

Hourly wage $24-$35 per hour based on experience and skills. Bonuses are offered, in addition to base pay, for performance.   

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PatchMaster provides excellent drywall repair, installation, finishing, and painting for customers in their homes or offices. 

In addition to repairing drywall, PatchMaster specializes in smaller installation, finishing, and interior painting services.  


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of painting experience REQUIRED
Experience in construction, carpentry, or home repair is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to use smartphone technology for job tracking

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Candidates are required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background investigation.
