We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Shop Manager to lead our fast-paced repair shop. If you have a solid background in automotive service management, thrive in a results-driven environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want you to join us and help lead the shop to success.

Shop Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including vehicle inspections, service orders, parts sourcing, and providing accurate pricing estimates.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of automotive technicians to achieve high-quality repairs and exceed performance goals.

Sales & Business Growth: Drive shop sales by promoting services, upselling repair specials, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Facility & Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and efficient shop environment and ensure inventory levels meet the demands of daily operations.

Winning Attitude: Be ready to say YES, follow established processes, and strive to win daily by achieving the shop’s performance targets.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in automotive repair shop management or service writing.

Proven leadership skills – Experience managing a team of technicians and driving business performance.

Customer-Centric – Excellent communication skills and a dedication to delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Process-Driven – Ability to follow the established processes to ensure the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Strong Leadership – Ability to motivate and guide your team to success, fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.

Flexible Availability – Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Valid Driver’s License.
