Your Role:

As an Exterior Restoration Project Consultant, you will:

• Identify and engage potential customers through canvassing and other outreach methods.

• Partner with homeowners and insurance companies to assess property damage and determine the scope of restoration work.

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction and timely payment collection.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, production teams, and insurance adjusters.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments.

• Utilize technology to produce detailed scope-of-loss and inspection reports.

• Act as the key liaison between property owners, production teams, and insurance companies.

• Monitor projects during production to ensure quality and compliance with customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: No prior experience in insurance or construction is required. We provide extensive training for individuals who are eager to learn, persuasive communicators, and driven to succeed.

• Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Reliable transportation.

• Comfort with walking on roofs for inspections.

• Willingness to travel or relocate for business needs.
