Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Person to be part of the Frank Kent Cadillac sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling luxury vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clientele in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in our luxury vehicle showroom
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct test drives and educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate final sales with customers and close deals
- Work with finance and insurance departments to complete paperwork and finalize sales
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Attend training and stay up-to-date on industry trends and new luxury models
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the luxury market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of luxury vehicles and features
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
